We Are Getting Married!

  Naja Harrell and Erick Druva are getting married.

Between us we are African, Puertorican, Cherokee, Taino, Croatian, Mohawk, Dutch, Scottish, French and I’m sure we could find more if we looked. I say this because if this was only a few decades earlier we would not be allowed to legally wed. Not because of our racial ethnic or cultural background but because of the different hue of our skin. It is no less preposterous to keep two people in love from being legally married because of their gender. Equality means everyone.
